An edible plant walk! Participants will meet at Firestorm and ramble on from there, seeking out those abundant and tasty plants that are all around us, the ones that many look at as pests to be rid of. You will sample these nutritious treats and talk about how to make things like pesto, salad, and medicine right out of the yard.

$5-20 sliding scale exchange, no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. All proceeds go to Blue Ridge Healers without Borders, our local chapter of Herbalists Without Borders. Blue Ridge Healers Without Borders is not-for-profit and provides free and sliding scale community resources for self empowerment, including wellness days, education, and community gardens.
