Since 2022 we've committed to taking time off each winter, and every year we try to stretch it out a bit further. This year, we've actually scheduled two closures, the first of which is something of a reset from our post-Helene operations.

Winter Mini Break: January 6th–9th

Our bookshop will be closed for four days in early January. During this time, web orders may be delayed and we've limited community activity at the shop. A previously scheduled trans writing circle and drop-in hours with AFBU will still take place on the 7th and 8th, respectively!

When we reopen on January 10th, we'll be operating on a new seven days a week schedule:

3pm–7pm, Monday through Friday
12pm–7pm, Saturday and Sunday

Late Winter Break: February 3rd–13th

Then in early February, we're taking eleven days away from bookslinging to rest up and/or have adventures (to each their own!). All web orders will be delayed until we return on the 14th. The only public events taking place will be the drop-in hours with AFBU. We'll miss you, but we'll
