The Mutual Aid / Mental Health organizing group is taking shape and creating action steps towards grassroots mental health support in WNC.

This session we will discuss implementing and practicing Mutual Aid Self/Social Therapy, which is a non-hierarchical, non-institutional, community therapy model. We’re still talking more about where else we want to take this project, and would love anyone interested to join us and share about their skills and interests when it comes to serving our community’s mental health.
