In the wake of a natural disaster or other trauma, the need for human connection and support is as great as food, water, and shelter. Seek Healing is offering free, trauma-informed community circles led by trained facilitators who are peers and neighbors. This is a place to share your grief, anxiety, and other mental or emotional health experiences happening at this time. Come feel seen and heard, and offer a service by listening and connecting to others. 

Seek Healing is a local non-profit making opportunities for meaningful human connection and experiences of community universally accessible. We provide the following services free of charge: facilitated support meetings (Connection Practice), holistic wellness workshops, substance-free social events, harm reduction services, and training in communication skills (Listening Training). www.seekhealing.org
