[Postponed] "New Mistakes" with Clement Goldberg

Join author Clement Goldberg and guests for a reading and conversation about the supernatural possibilities of queer imagination.

Filmmaker Clement Goldberg's debut novel, New Mistakes, is the first fiction from Michelle Tea's queer press, DOPAMINE Books. Set in a southern California landscape where the plants are turning telepathic and the sky twinkles with strange lights, a disparate collection of art stars, horny sluts, cat influencers and trans authors are brought together by uncanny events that just might signal the end of the world as we know it.

Clement Goldberg is an award-winning artist, writer, director and animator. They work across multiple disciplines to create satirical yet hopeful projects that center collective grief rooted in climate crisis, cultural erasure, and extinction. Clement’s film Let Me Let You Go received a 2022 Creative Capital Award.
