Help Tranzmission Prison Project distribute free literature to incarcerated members of the LGBTQ+ community! Every month volunteers prepare packages of books and zines to mail to prisoners across the United States. This is an easy, awesome, low-obligation way to get involved!

Tranzmission Prison Project (TPP) is one of a growing number of LGBTQ+-focused prison abolition/advocacy groups in the US. They are a volunteer-run, non-hierarchical organization, and provide free books, zines, prisoner resources, and other means of support to incarcerated folks nationwide. TPP believes that, in the words of Reina Gossett, “people who are queer and trans are particularly vulnerable to state violence.” They offers support and resources solely to folks who fall under the LGBTQ+ umbrella, as well as women and people incarcerated in women’s facilities. tranzmissionprisonproject.org
