Intimacy After the Apocalypse is an interdisciplinary workshop series structured with the intention to reimagine intimacy through a process of deworlding, imagining, challenging assumptions that there is an ideal or standard form of connection. The series will be at attempt to queer expectations around intimacy and increase the accessibility of language while specifying intention. Apocalypse, in this case, could refer to catastrophic events and institutions or to personal shifts in our ways of thinking and connecting. Regardless of the Apocalypse, this series is an intentional space of deconstruction and rebuilding rooted in community and communication.

Intimacy after the Apocalypse will consist of four virtual writing/art workshops culminating in a collaborative zine and/or community exhibition.
