Our comrade Keith ‘Malik’ Washington is returning home in just a couple months! For over a decade, Malik has been a fighter for justice behind the walls. Through the 2016 and 2018 prison strikes and beyond, Malik has been a tireless advocate for the rights and dignity of incarcerated human beings, and upon release he'll be continuing this work by taking over as editor of the SF Bay View national Black newspaper.

Since 1976, the Bay View has been a critical resource for liberation, serving as a communications network for the Black community worldwide. The Bay View means so much to so many, and to Malik it means secure, full-time employment which is absolutely crucial to his reentry — but the paper needs our help today!

Malik has never failed to offer solidarity to his brothers and sisters any time they needed him — and now, Malik needs us to show up for him.
