Come and learn from ecologist and folk musician Olivia Blu how seed saving can be practiced at every scale, from farms to window sills. Participants will discuss gender neutral botanical terms and how the practice of seed saving connects us to a larger movement to prevent biopiracy, and the commodification of thousands of years of human relationships with plants. Following will be a performance of songs which weave ecology and messages of social justice into poetry.
