Asheville proponents of Prout (Progressive Utilization Theory) will meet to discuss practical applications of Prout, which is a socio-economic theory based on cooperatives in a local economy. Prout supports providing the minimum necessities of life to all so that they can attain their full potential as human beings in a society based on economic democracy which advocates for the good and happiness of all. We fight against the oppression of women and other marginazalzed groups through education and community organizing.
