Sphere Communication

Every Tuesday from November 2013 until December 2013

Politics. Sex. Drugs. STDs. Money. Death. Families. Parenting. Emotional blackmail. Race. Divorce. Relationships. Love. Mathematics. What else sometimes makes us... tense... to talk about at precisely the time when we really need to be as relaxed as possible?

This five-week workshop is designed to provide attendees with new skills that improve their ability to work effectively with others in face-to-face settings, whether personally or professionally. The techniques are helpful even when the environment may appear contentious, or even hostile. Using the analogy of a musical performing group, each participant will learn more about their natural strengths and weaknesses (their "instrument"), they can experiment with new ways of interacting, and will practice simple assignments throughout the week, after which they can share their experiences with the other participants, learn from one another and integrate their developing skills in a group setting.

Cost: Bring an amount you would pay for a really good musical performance. Leave whatever you thought it was worth at the end!
