Wasted Wine's music is both unusual and familiar, from it's Eastern European-inspired melodies, bizarre sounds, classic rock guitar, cryptic narratives, & suite-like song structures, all coming together to create some kind of strange, dark, homemade prog rock. At the same time,their musical world is ultimately rooted in the South in all its dilapidated glory. Instrumentation includes guitar, violin, drums, harmonium, bass, bouzouki, bulbal tarang, knives, kitchenware, children's toys, & nose flute, among others.
