This beautiful, full-color zine shares recipes from Palastine while raising funds for the author and his family in Gaza. The zine includes recipes for falafel, mujadara, red tea, and more! All are easily veganized and absolutely delicious.

The author, Omar, was studying computer sciences before the war. Omar still tries to complete his studies when he can access technology. He established a humanitarian refugee camp called Without Tears Camp in Jabalia, where he planted a small garden. He is always leading mutual aid actions, including distribution of cash to patients in the hospital, food distribution, and water delivery. He is now facing displacement again as attacks have drastically increased in the north.
