Over the years, we've all found it difficult to take time away from the project—and even when we DO manage, we're such a tiny team that it's tough to truly disengage. Running the radical community bookstore may always be a bit of a “labor of love,” but we know that love for the store and our community means making radically loving choices for ourselves, too. We are all deserving of a workplace that affords us safety, stability, and rest.

So, we're excited for a "first" in Firestorm's almost 14 year history: a staff-wide, paid week off!
