For our 17th birthday, we asked friends to gift us book reviews for titles that they'd purchased from our co-op. We loved what y'all wrote! In fact, we enjoyed them so much we decided to put many of them on our bookshelves. We've additionally decided to continue soliciting mini reviews.

Help make Firestorm an even more collective space by contributing your voice and viewpoint anytime you read a book that we stock. We now offer book recommendation cards at the register for you to take. You can bring them back anytime, or if you don't live locally, you can email us your review. Just remember to keep it short! No more than 80 words.

Tips for writing a great mini review:

• Tell us why you loved the book!
• Think "elevator pitch," not plot summary
• Give your review a quick proofread before submission
