Firestorm is looking for a community member who can make a friendly but formal loan to our co-operative. This year we will have been on Haywood Road for five years, which means that we have a commercial loan nearing the end of its term. In 2015 we borrowed $45k to open in our new location. Over the next two years, as a result of slower than expected sales, we paid interest only. We now have a balance of $15k and a great track record of making monthly payments. We'd love to find someone able to loan us this amount without interest, allowing us to pay off the full balance within the next eighteen to twenty-four months. This would free us up to start our next adventure without the burden of lingering debt! Could you help us or know someone who could? Email us at info@firestorm.coop!
