Need help to navigate, access, and understand health insurance for 2026? The system is broken, but you don't have to do it alone!
Our friend Hank (she/they) is a health insurance agent who is offering to assist community members, at no cost, with finding and evaluating insurance options. They can work with you to consider both private and marketplace options. A typical consultation takes less than 30 minutes!
If you want coverage by 1/1/26, your deadline is December 15, 2025. The last day of open enrollment is January 15, 2026.
Please note: Obtaining health insurance involves interaction with systems that are inherently—and increasingly—ableist, classist, transphobic, fatphobic, and racist. While this drop-in space is oriented towards inclusion and respect, enrollment requires discussion of your legal name, government designated sex/gender, income, and health needs.
