Mutual Aid Market Skillshare

Join Asheville Community Care Collective (AC3) for a mini carpentry class and learn how to build free libraries! They will also facilitate an open discussion to dream up better systems of care during times of increasing strikes, boycotts, and general instability under late-stage capitalism.

Across the street at The Odd, AC3 will host a mutual aid share, so bring what you have and take what you need! Additional activities will include a workshop on how to change your brake lights and mutual aid banner decoration. (The Odd will have an unrelated kink class starting at 2pm.)

Asheville Community Care Collective, formerly Asheville For Justice, is a BIPOC-led multiracial abolitionist collective organizing for racial justice in Western North Carolina. Learn more at instagram.com/ashevilleforjustice

The organizer of this event marked it kid-friendly. 😛
