This event is taking place as part of the Another Carolina Anarchist Bookfair, three days of workshops and tabling with queer music performances at night.

A presentation and discussion on enacting autonomy, mutual aid, and transformation in care for the dying and dead. Presenters will share strategies and explore ideas collectively on how we can navigate the capitalist and bureaucratic complex of the medical and funeral industries. This will include examples of different types of death and how they interact with state domination and predatory business practices, and how we can collectively care for each other undermine the lack of agency in dying and death.
