Is Criticizing Israel Anti-semitic?

Don Wagner, noted author and ordained Presbyterian minister, will speak about distinguishing thoughtful criticism of Israeli policies in regard to the Palestinians living in the West Bank and Gaza, from criticism rooted anti-semitism.
