Herbal Allies for Trauma Resiliency
This class will focus on tonic herbs to manage systemic trauma symptoms and acute herbs to address distress experiences in the physical and emotional body. There is a special focus in working with areas of the body that are difficult to be in due to traumatic experiences. We will discuss how to utilize the felt sense to know subtle precursors of dysregulation and trigger reactions in order to be better equipped to intervene early with herbs and flower essences.
This class is by donation and all proceeds go to the Hawthorn Community Herb Collective, an herbal health collective settled in Asheville, dedicated to crisis response and community support. Suggested donation $10 - $20. Find the Collective on Facebook or Instagram.
