Saturday, November 7th is the West Asheville Art Walk and Constance Lombardo, author and illustrator of Mr. Puffball: Stunt Cat to the Stars, will be at Firestorm for a live sketch session and book signing. Kids and adults will learn more about the adventures of Mr. Puffball and Constance's own adventure as an artist and first time author.

About the Constance Lombardo

Constance began drawing when she was 10 years old. She studied Illustration at Syracuse University, took classes in drawing and printmaking at the Art Students League of NY, and worked with a muralist in San Francisco. Her illustrations have appeared in a variety of magazines. Her debut illustrated middle grade novel, Mr. Puffball: Stunt Cat to the Stars (Katherine Tegen Books/HarperCollins) came out this Fall. Plus she likes cats. And cake. But not at the same time.
